Color Link does not require you to create an account. We do not directly request your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or payment information.

Consent and Advertising Choices
Where required by law, Color Link uses Google’s consent management system to request permission before using information for personalized advertising.

You can also manage tracking permissions under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your Apple device.
Non-personalized advertisements may still use limited information for fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and contextual advertising.
App Tracking Transparency
If the app requests permission to track your activity, iOS will display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. Tracking will only be enabled when you grant permission.
You may change this permission at any time through your device settings.
Game Progress and iCloud
Color Link stores game progress and settings on your device.
If iCloud synchronization is available and enabled, game progress may be synchronized using Apple’s iCloud services so that your progress can be restored or continued across compatible devices.
Information stored through iCloud is managed according to your Apple account settings and Apple’s privacy practices. Game progress is not used by us for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing
We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app, including advertising, consent management, analytics, fraud prevention, and diagnostic service providers.

Data Retention
We retain information under our direct control only for as long as necessary to operate the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app from fraud or abuse.

You may remove locally stored game data by using the reset progress option or deleting the app. Information synchronized through iCloud may also be managed through your Apple account and iCloud settings.
